Call Center Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to retail shops to collect reviews on products and services.
- Verify and process new order requests from shops, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Address complaints or issues raised by shop representatives promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and updates in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common issues or trends observed during calls.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies for effective communication with retail partners.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in the retail or garment industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations with poise.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
