**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Deliver Educational Programs**: Create and implement comprehensive nursing education programs, including orientation, in-service training, continuing education, and new courses aligned with patient care goals and clinical specialties.
- **Competency Assessment**: Develop and manage competency-based evaluations for the nursing staff to ensure their skills and knowledge meet hospital standards and regulatory guidelines.
- **Nurse Privileging**: Oversee the privileging process, ensuring nurses have the necessary qualifications, competencies, and authority to perform specialized procedures.
- **Innovative Course Development**: Proactively identify the learning needs of the nursing team and develop new courses or training modules that reflect advances in healthcare and nursing practices.
- **Continuous Quality Improvement**: Evaluate and refine educational programs through feedback, assessments, and updated clinical standards to ensure continuous improvement in patient care and nurse performance.
- **Leadership and Collaboration**: Work closely with nursing management, department heads, and HR to ensure educational programs align with hospital goals, patient safety, and care standards

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s with Master’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc/M.Sc in Nursing).
- Active nursing license and a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a clinical nurse educator or mentoring role.
- Proven experience in competency assessment and nurse privileging.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a passion for teaching and professional development.
- Certification in nursing education (CNE) is preferred.
