**Patient Care**
- Performing initial patient assessments and taking vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Providing wound care and dressing changes.
- Assisting with minor surgical procedures and other medical treatments within the clinic.
- Educating patients about their health conditions, treatment plans, and medication usage.
- Ensuring that patient care is provided in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitoring patient progress and reporting any changes or concerns to the physician.

**Administrative Duties**
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Scheduling patient appointments and managing the clinic’s calendar.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of medical supplies.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings.

**Communication and Collaboration**
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to provide clear instructions and support.
- Collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
- Participating in patient care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Advocating for patients’ rights and needs within the healthcare system.

**Qualifications Education and Certification**
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or GNM Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid Karnataka State Nursing Council license (KSNC) to practice Nursing.
- Knowledge in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Additional certifications relevant to the clinical setting (e.g., pediatric nursing, geriatric nursing) are preferred.

**Experience**

Experience: 1-5 years (preferred)
- Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting is highly desirable.
- Experience in specific areas such as family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics may be beneficial.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinical documentation.

Working hours: 9 hours per day

Schedule:

- Rotational(Morning & Evening)
- Morning shift
- Evening shift

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
