We are currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Reviewer I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical Nurse Reviewer I at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of clinical trial protocols, patient records, and medical documentation to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to assess patient eligibility, adverse events, and protocol deviations, providing clinical insights and recommendations as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing review processes and procedures to optimize data quality and integrity.
- Participate in data collection and analysis activities, contributing to the interpretation and reporting of clinical trial results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of nursing review activities and findings, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.

Your profile
- Shift timing - normal day shift (perhaps 9 am - 6 pm)
- Decentralized
- Either location Bangalore or Chennai
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent healthcare-related field.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Previous clinical nursing experience, preferably in a research or clinical trial setting.
- Strong understanding of medical termiNlogy, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements related to clinical research.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
