**Job Description**:
We are looking for enthusiastic **Inbound Voice Process Analysts** to join our team in Mohali. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to begin their career in customer support. As part of the inbound voice process team, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, addressing inquiries, and providing high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information about products or services, and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure that each call is handled with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain customer records and update necessary information in the system.
- Escalate issues that require further assistance to appropriate teams.
- Meet individual and team performance targets as per company guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- A **Bachelor's degree** is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a **night shift** schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask effectively.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in voice support is a plus but not mandatory.
