E-commerce Coordinator

**Job Title: E-commerce Coordinator (UK Shift)**

**Job Summary**:
Knowledge of the alcohol industry is a plus. Proficiency in tools like Figma is also highly desirable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Management**:

- Develop, update, and maintain product descriptions, images, and other website content.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand guidelines.
- **App Management**:

- Oversee the functionality and performance of the e-commerce mobile app.
- Coordinate with team, bug fixes, and new feature implementation with no code app builder.
- **Return & Exchange Management**:

- Handle customer return and exchange requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of returns and exchanges to identify trends and issues.
- **Security & Fraud Prevention**:

- Monitor for fraudulent activities and take necessary actions to mitigate risks.
- Work with the team to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Use CRM tools to manage customer data and interactions on the frontend.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze sales, traffic, and customer data to generate insights.
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
- **Logistics & Shipping Administration Management**:

- Manage warehouse inventory levels and distribution processes.
- **Customer Service & Support**:

- Handle customer service escalations requests via various channels.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Train and manage customer support representatives if necessary.
- **Sales & Order Management**:

- Monitor and manage the sales order process from start to finish.
- Ensure accurate order processing, payment handling, and fulfillment.
- Track sales performance and implement strategies to boost sales.
- **Product Marketing & Promotion**:

- Plan and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for seasonal promotions and product launches.
- Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Website Development & Maintenance**:

- Coordinate with web developers for site updates, maintenance, and improvements.
- Ensure website functionality, speed, and security.
- Optimize the website for user experience and mobile responsiveness.
- **Product Listing & Management**:

- Create and manage product listings on the website and other sales channels.
- Ensure product information is accurate, up-to-date, and appealing to customers.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce coordination or management.
- Knowledge of the alcohol industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with security protocols and fraud prevention techniques.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of design tools like Figma is a plus.

- This position requires working during UK shift hours.
