**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Management**:

- Ensure product listings on the website are accurate, complete, and up-to-date (including images, descriptions, prices, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure products are aligned with promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
- Regularly review and update product inventory levels to avoid stock outs or overselling.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage product availability and shipment.
- **Order Processing**:

- Oversee the order fulfilment process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Work with the logistics team to ensure smooth shipping and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and returns, providing solutions in a professional manner.
- **Website Management**:

- Ensure website content is accurate and optimized, including product images, pricing, promotions, and any updates.
- Coordinate with IT or web development teams to troubleshoot and resolve any website-related issues.
- **Customer Service**:

- Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- **Inventory and Stock Control**:

- Monitor inventory levels and provide timely stock updates.
- Work with the warehouse team to ensure products are stocked and ready for fulfilment.
- Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and seasonality.
- **Marketing & Promotion Coordination**:

- Coordinate with external partners (e.g., influencers, affiliate marketers) to enhance the brand's online presence.
- Track performance of promotional activities and report on their effectiveness.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Collect and analyse e-commerce data (such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates) to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Provide regular reports to senior management regarding sales performance, inventory, and customer feedback.
- **Collaborative Teamwork**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure deadlines are met and issues are addressed promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or retail coordination, digital marketing, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Meesho, Amazon FBA, Flipkart, Snapdeal,CRED,Own website(Shopify) etc.).
- Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies.

Experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).
