**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware such as POS systems, barcode scanners, desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, security, and server-related issues.
- Ensure smooth operation of retail management software, inventory tracking systems, and payment gateways.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of store network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Provide technical support to retail staff and address IT-related concerns.
- Perform routine system updates, security patches, and backups to safeguard data integrity.
- Maintain IT documentation and best practices for efficient store operations.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to implement technology solutions for retail growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of hardware components, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with retail IT systems (POS, barcode scanners, and inventory management software) is a plus.
- Understanding of network configurations, TCP/IP, VPN, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot IT-related challenges in a retail environment efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced retail operations.
- Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi & English is preferred to effectively communicate with our team and retail staff.
