**Content Creator for Sports Wear Manufacturing**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Development**:

- Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content, including blogs, articles, infographics, videos, and social media posts, tailored to the manufacturing industry.
- Translate complex technical processes and innovations into user-friendly content.

**Strategy and Planning**:

- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and sales teams to develop a content strategy aligned with business goals.
- Conduct audience research to tailor content to the needs of industry professionals, partners, and consumers.

**Technical Writing and Storytelling**:

- Produce technical case studies, white papers, and product manuals that highlight manufacturing capabilities.
- Craft engaging narratives around the company's history, projects, and innovations.

**Social Media and Digital Presence**:
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating and curating relevant and impactful content.

Monitor trends and engage with the manufacturing community online.

**Content Optimization**:

- Use SEO best practices to optimize digital content for search engines.
- Analyze performance metrics to improve content reach and effectiveness.

**Visual Design and Collaboration**:

- Work with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to ensure visual content aligns with the company’s branding.
- Capture on-site activities, such as production processes, team efforts, and product launches, to showcase the company’s operations.

**Event and Campaign Support**:

- Develop content for industry events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for storytelling and technical accuracy.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and video editing software.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and terminology is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
