You will anchor technical documentation and project progress with the team to ensure success. This is a good role for someone who is technically proficient and enjoys working with a highly creative, collaborative team dedicated to innovative problem solving and design excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop architectural plans for commercial, residential, and institutional projects
- Oversee the construction of buildings, ensuring that they are built according to the plans and specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs
- Research and implement new materials, building systems, and design methods to improve the efficiency, safety, and aesthetic appeal of buildings

**Solves complex design problems through schematic design and design development.**
- Review and approve project proposals, budgets, and contracts
- Mentor and guide junior architects and interns, providing them with technical guidance, advice, and support
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss project progress and resolve any issues that may arise

Visit the outstation sites weekly & local sites to coordinate progress and quality and to explain the works as and when required on regular basis.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in designing and overseeing the construction of commercial, residential, and institutional buildings
- Excellent design skills, with a strong understanding of architectural principles and concepts
- Proficient in using softwares
- Auto-cad, Sketchup, Lumion,Adobe Photoshop, Premier pro, Illustrator, MS Office etc. as well as other design and project management tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, reports, and building codes and regulations
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Flexibility to focus on multiple projects in various stages of development
- A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel to project sites, as required
- Collaborative and team-conscious

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
