Job Title- Blue Yonder ESP (Solution Architect/Senior Consultant)Years of exp – 7-10 yearsWork Mode – RemoteJob Summary:Our Client is seeking an experienced Blue Yonder (JDA) ESP Solution Architect / Senior Consultant to design and deliver end-to-end enterprise supply planning solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand supply chain processes, translate requirements into effective ESP designs, configure and customize the Blue Yonder ESP module, and support the full implementation lifecycle including testing, integration,training, and post-go-live hyper-care.The ideal candidate will bring strong supply chain domain expertise, hands-on ESP implementation experience, and techno-functional skills across Oracle/PL-SQL and enterprise system integrations, while effectively engaging with clients and driving process improvements.Roles & Responsibilities: Design end-to-end solutions utilizing Blue Yonder ESP module to optimize supply chain operations. Understand business and existing processes – draft requirements, design innovative solutions, support IT development, user testing, implementation and change management, hyper-care. Configure, customize, and implement Blue Yonder ESP software to meet business requirements. Assist functional and technical team to identify test cases aligned to functional design and support project teams throughout the implementation process. Work with business to identify business scenarios for testing. Identify opportunities to automate and enhance the business process and systems. Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers to meet their expectations.Required Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience working as a Solution Architect or Consultant with a focus on Blue Yonder (JDA) ESP product. In-depth knowledge of supply chain management processes and best practices. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Blue Yonder ESP module. Expertise in Database concepts (Oracle), PL/SQL scripting, systems infrastructure, systems development, and software development Life cycle Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Blue Yonder ESP certification(s) preferred.Selection process: 2-3 rounds of interview.
