**Patient Care & Therapy Support**
- Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the OT.
- Guide patients through therapeutic activities and exercises to improve motor skills, coordination, and independence.
- Monitor patient progress and report responses or concerns to the OT.
- Train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technologies.
- Help patients regain skills for self-care, work, and recreational activities.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Accurately document patient progress, therapy sessions, and outcomes.
- Maintain records in compliance with health regulations and institutional standards.
- Collaborate with the OT to revise care plans based on progress and needs.

**Patient & Family Education**
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques for home use.
- Provide guidance on environmental modifications for safety and function.

**Administrative & Clinical Support**
- Set up and maintain therapy equipment and supplies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment.
- Schedule and coordinate therapy sessions as needed.

Pay: ₹10,015.47 - ₹39,884.04 per month
