**Job Summary**:
The Operation Theater (OT) Technician is responsible for preparing and maintaining the operation theater and assisting surgical teams during medical procedures. They ensure the availability of necessary equipment, maintain hygiene standards, and provide technical support during surgeries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the operation theater before surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and instruments are sterilized and functional.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nurses during operations by handling instruments and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Operate and maintain surgical equipment, including anesthesia machines, sterilizers, and monitors.
- Manage surgical instruments, linen, and consumables inventory.
- Assist in shifting and positioning patients before and after surgery.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sterility in the OT.
- Keep records of OT procedures and report equipment malfunctions.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Operation Theater Technology or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in an operation theater setting (preferred). Freshers with relevant training may apply.
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of surgical procedures and medical instruments.
- Ability to work under pressure and assist in emergency situations.

**Work Environment**:

- Rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and emergency on-call duties.
- Working in high-pressure surgical environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
