Maintain all records related to schemes and update on daily basis.
- Reporting to Finance Management officer on daily basis.
- Coordination with primary customer for completion of their booking as soon as possible.
- Coordination with banks/nbfcs to expedite the procedure of Loan Sanctioning.
- Alliance with other Departments i.e. Accounts, Development & JDA etc to provide required documents related to Plots in timely manner.
- Helping and resolving the problems of sub-ordinates
- Assist the Manager in their working, Critically review the work done

by sub-ordinates and make recommendation if any required
- Approval to the works by sub-ordinates
- Evaluate the performance of sub-ordinates
- any other work assigned or instructed by the seniors within the scope of the duty
- Maintain liasoning and relationship with inter/intra departmental personals in the company and other departments outside the company related to their works
- Approval to the works by sub-ordinates

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
