**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervising and Managing**:Leading and directing a team of electricians and technicians, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is completed according to standards.
- **Ensuring Safety**:Enforcing safety regulations, conducting inspections, and identifying potential hazards to create a safe working environment.
- **Project Management**:Planning and scheduling electrical maintenance and installation projects, overseeing work progress, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- **Troubleshooting and Repair**:Diagnosing and resolving complex electrical issues, and coordinating repairs and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
- **Quality Control**:Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and adheres to electrical codes and regulations.
- **Documentation**:Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
- **Communication**:Effectively communicating with team members, other departments, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Training and Development**:Mentoring and training junior electrical staff, sharing knowledge, and promoting professional growth.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
