I**ndustry**: - Panel building OEM/ Any system integrator/ Channel partner of any PLC brand/ LT panel/ Control panel building company.

**Responsibilities: -**
- Manage the projects as per the given deadlines.
- Work in cross functional team comprising of mechanical, electronics and project team.
- Handle the entire process from selections and procurement of equipment’s like sensors, PLCs etc.
- Coordinate with Panel Designing and Application Team.
- Identify issues in existing processes of client and recommend innovative solutions.
- Work closely with the Head of Design & Procurement to identify conceptual and practical options for procurement of the design and delivery of each proposed project
- Monitor & provide support and guidance to the operational activities of the electrical department; reviewing systems and processes to accommodate the demanding operational environment.
- Review all planned work within the program and provide advice and guidance to the Electrical Programme Managers to ensure work is coordinated and executed in a logical manner
- Manage, coach, mentor, motivate and lead the staff/Technicians of the electrical department to develop a supportive self-managed team based culture whose combined aim is the successful completion of the program of work and employee development.
- Manage matters such as departmental leave scheduling, performance management, manpower rationalization and employee training needs.
- Review and approve the contract scope, tender and contract documentations for the procurement of professional services and projects.

- transformers, motors, switch gears, logic gates, transistors, diodes, relays.
- Should have innovative mind.
- Should be Aware about new technologies in automation field.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Should have knowledge of panel wiring, panel designing and PLC

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
