Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:
Prospect and generate new business leads by reaching out to potential commercial clients.
Identify client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Design, etc.).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to discuss their business goals and how our digital services can support them.
Client Visits & Presentations:
Schedule and conduct regular client visits at commercial locations to present our digital marketing services.
Understand client objectives and customize proposals and presentations to meet their needs.
Maintain a professional and persuasive presence during all client interactions.
Address client questions and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
Sales Reporting & Strategy:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Track sales activities, manage pipelines, and provide regular reports on sales progress.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with current campaigns.
Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while maintaining profitability.
Finalize sales agreements, ensuring the smooth transition of new clients to the execution team.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and effectively manage client accounts.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and client satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage commercial clients.
Ability to handle client objections professionally and turn them into opportunities.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations (local and regional).
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of digital marketing services and trends.
Experience in B2B sales and dealing with corporate clients.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
