Need999 is seeking energetic and motivated **B2B & Retail Sales Executives** to expand our market presence across wholesale and retail segments. The role involves meeting clients, understanding their requirements, promoting Need999 products, and driving consistent sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach **B2B (corporate, dealer, distributor)** and **retail clients**.
- Promote and sell Need999’s range of products and services.
- Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order and delivery execution.
- Conduct market visits to identify potential business opportunities.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor data, and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in **B2B or retail sales** preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-driven personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and digital communication.
- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
