- Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all inventory transactions, including receiving, transfers, and returns.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and train store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of products and supplies.
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize sales and achieve targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

**Qualifications**:
