**Job Summary**:As a Night Shift Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support during non-traditional business hours. Your primary duty will be to assist customers with inquiries, get them appointments, and ensure a positive customer experience during the night shift.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Assist customers with their appointment status and reschedule.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance if needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- **Communication**:

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all communications.
- **Night Shift Availability**:

- Adhere to the assigned night shift schedule and ensure punctuality.
- Work efficiently during non-traditional hours to support customers in different time zones.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Share feedback and insights to improve overall customer service operations.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure adherence to established customer service standards and guidelines.
- Strive to achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- **Adaptability**:

- Adapt to changing procedures and policies.
- Stay composed and handle stressful situations with a positive attitude.

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong **problem-solving **skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
- Ability to work the night shift on a consistent basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
