We're searching for a creative wiz and social media guru to join our team as an Instagram Marketing Executive. You'll be the mastermind behind crafting engaging content, building our online community, and driving results through strategic Instagram campaigns.

**What You'll Do**:

- Become the Instagram maestro: Develop and execute winning Instagram/Facebook/Social Media strategies aligned with our goals and target audience. Think engaging posts, eye-catching visuals, and stories that captivate
- Content that wows: Create high-quality content that resonates with our audience. Text, images, videos, infographics - you name it, you own it
- Be the voice of our brand: Manage and maintain our Instagram presence, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity across all platforms.
- Connect and engage: Actively interact with our community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Data whisperer: Track our Instagram performance with ninja-like skills. Analyze results, draw insights, and use them to fine-tune our strategies.
- Campaign champion: Plan, launch, and monitor awesome Instagram campaigns (think contests, promotions, and paid ads) to boost traffic, followers, and achieve our goals.
- Influencer extraordinaire: Partner with relevant influencers to amplify our reach and engagement. Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new trends, tools, and features.
- Team player: Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative departments to make our social media efforts shine.
- Crisis firefighter: Be ready to handle any negative feedback or online hiccups with grace and professionalism.
- Rule follower: Ensure we comply with all social media platform guidelines and regulations.

**What We're Looking For**:
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Deep understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- A knack for crafting compelling and engaging content that gets noticed.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Social media management and analytics whiz.
- Experience with social media advertising campaigns.
- Data analysis skills to translate insights into action.
- A creative mind and strategic thinking to develop innovative campaigns.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
- Understanding of SEO principles and their impact on social media content.
- Knowledge of social media compliance and privacy regulations.
- Self-motivated and a team player ready to collaborate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
