Social Media Manager

- Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage online presence across all digital platforms (website, social media, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM, etc.).
- Oversee content creation for digital campaigns, ensuring quality, relevance, and engagement.
- Optimize campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to improve ROI.
- Manage SEO and SEM strategies for better visibility and ranking.
- Handle paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales, IT) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and digital marketing trends to keep strategies updated.
- Prepare regular performance reports on digital marketing efforts.
- Manage and mentor junior digital marketing executives or interns (if applicable).
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven work experience (5+ years preferred) in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹50,000.00 per month
