**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through software, database, and cold calling.
- Identify and qualify potential clients and make calls to them to understand their requirements.
- Set appointments for in-depth discussions with the Sales team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients who have shown interest.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored property or project solutions.
- Present and demonstrate properties or construction services to prospective buyers.
- Prepare and deliver a sales pitch.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that generate leads.
- Work closely with project teams to understand timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates on software.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
