Your goal is to build successful, profitable service in all aspect’s. **ROLES & RESPONSIBILTY**: - Meet with potential clients to share what we offer. - Check if franchise owners are a good match. - Find new franchise opportunities through research. - Build strong relationships with schools and partners. - Reach out to franchisees through networking and events. - Meet sales goals and bring in more schools. - Train new franchisees to follow our brand. - Help franchisees with any questions or issues. **REQUIREMENT**: - Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. - Experience: 5+years (Proven experience in franchise development, sales, or business development, preferably in the educational sector. Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.) **SKILLS**: 1.Strong understanding of the educational industry and it's dynamics. 2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 3. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 4.
