We're looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team in Puducherry You'll play a key role in promoting and selling our cement products, contributing directly to our company's success. You'll build relationships with potential customers, generate leads, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Promote and sell our cement products to construction companies, contractors, and other potential retail customers in Puducherry.
- Prospect for new leads through various channels (phone calls, meetings, networking events).
- Qualify leads and develop strong customer relationships.
- Deliver presentations highlighting the features and benefits of our cement products.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
- Assist with marketing initiatives to generate brand awareness and leads (e.g., attending trade shows, creating sales materials).

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 70% travel

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
