**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand customers’ logistics needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, transport, warehouse) to ensure smooth service delivery and timely resolution of any issues.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their shipments, orders, and any potential delays.
- Regularly monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on their input.
- Develop and maintain CRM systems with accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote new services and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries about services, pricing, and policies.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office..
