As a Sales and operations Associate for Amazon Bazaar, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on new challenges, deliver competitive pricing, analyze seller performance metrics to help them become successful on our platform.
Key job responsibilities
- Data driven analysis on key metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Support execution of key programs by enabling timely and accurate inputs through cross functional collaboration.
- Work with operational teams to solve seller reported issues
**Prior Experience and skills**:
- More than 2+ years of experience in managing programs/operations.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
