**About this Role**:
We are seeking an experienced OSS Solutions Architect to be responsible for end-to-end cross-domain designs and impact assessments for demand and strategic solutions within the OSS domain. You will be accountable for providing the technical ‘front door’ into the OSS Domain and working closely with IT architecture, IT engagement leads, and internal domain delivery resources on end-to-end solutions. You will also maintain technical relationships with key internal customers such as Networks Product, Technology Operations, and Vodafone Business Technology (Assurance and Provisioning functions).

**What you will do**:

- Represent the OSS domain to the demand, Networks, bid, and NPD community for impact assessments, costs, and effort.
- Produce, own, and maintain the OSS technical roadmap in conjunction with IT architecture and OSS domain delivery SMEs.
- Act as the Technical Lead of OSS solutions, working in conjunction with IT architecture and internal domain resources.
- Own the design of key strategic projects and programmes.
- Provide work package breakdowns to deliver end-to-end OSS solutions.
- Serve as the Technical Authority for OSS solutions, interfacing with vendors and third parties as appropriate.
- Prepare proposals for RFPs and deliver client presentations on insourcing proposals.

**Who you are**:

- You have good experience in solution design across multiple OSS domains.
- You possess technical knowledge of networks (Automation, 5G, IP, Voice & Transmission, Broadband).
- You have good experience in pre-sales within the OSS domain.
- You are capable of discussing technical details internally and with SIs and vendors.
- You have knowledge and experience in software delivery and project lifecycle in an Agile environment.
- You have experience with cloud and virtualisation infrastructure.
- You can build credibility across technical and operational teams and influence stakeholders to agree on technical solutions or delivery approaches.
- You possess excellent written, mathematical, and interpersonal skills.
