**Qualifications**:
- Experience in working with BPM / Workflow based Order Processing- Good understanding of order management, multi-domain orchestration, NFVO concepts- Knowledge in defining CFS, RFS and VNF on-boarding- Good understanding of OM concepts like jeopardy, dependent, in-flight, future dated orders- Must be familiar with the Telco OSS fulfilment processes, Technology and networks- Good understanding of e2e journeys and processes across fulfilment, inventory and network technology domains like RAN, Transport and CORE from MDSO perspective.-
- Have knowledge in design tools like Vision, EA etc.- Minimum of 6-10 years of strong experience in Telco OSS domain (Fixed and Mobile) with at least 4-5 years in the capacity of solution designer.- Exposure on Telecoms Networks-Core, Access, Transport.- Strong hands on experience in implementation of OSS Scenarios covering areas like Provisioning/Activation, Order Management etc.- Good to have:
- Telecom Certification- Good understanding on sequence diagrams, class diagrams
- Understanding on Agile methodology and their tools used.

**Responsibilities**:
- Liaison with the customer IT & business team to understand/qualify requirements and buy-in for the proposed solution design- Defining and writing solutions for customer’s requirements for the fulfilment domain areas.- Review legacy complex IT fulfilment processes and propose solutions to simplify end state.- Act as guide to the ‘Build’ team and review all the Implementation level designs.- Vendor Adaptors on the provisioning / Activation Area.- Able to work closely and effectively with all other members and establish and maintain effective relationships with other stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem solving skills- Good communication and presentation skills.- Preferred experience with some of IT technology such as:
- SQL / PLSQL-
- Regular Expressions-
- J2EE o Python or any other scripting language- Subversion or any other Version control system o XML, SOAP, XSLT
