**Introduction**:
The role requires an experienced, high calibre professional with good functional and technical engineering skills / product knowledge to work with business stakeholders and key suppliers to deliver change to agreed time, quality and cost parameters.The position calls for professional with proficiency in implementing Unified Customer View ( UCV ) - to provide consolidated and consistent view of and access to Customer Data and Services, by rationalizing multiple Customer Data management platforms and capabilities within Customer Domain.This role will work across the platforms to deliver key data artefacts, architecture, models, and frameworks.

**What will you be doing?**
- UCV Implementation:

- Apprehend Strategic and Business Drivers behind UCV, Understand Architecture Principles, Identify Core and Supplementary Customer Data and decides Strategic Placement of Customer Data and Services
- Data Governance: Identify Data Assets being managed and maintained, Reference Data management, Metadata management, Identify, Analyse and Resolve Data Quality issues and establish a process to ensure better health of Data.
- Solution Design:

- Solution Analysis : Identify Solution options that would satisfy the given functional and non-functional requirements, make use of reusable Solution building blocks, UCV features and Design Patterns to provide Industry Standard Business Solutions
- Solution Design Artefacts : Solution Context, Data Entity and Service Mapping, System API Design and Documentation, UML Diagrams - Sequence Diagram, Activity Diagram, Flow Diagram
- Translate business and data requirements into data models in support of Data Models, Data Warehouse and Analytical systems
- Data Linage & Traceability: Understand overall Data Flow between Source systems, Customer Data platforms and Downstream or Upstream Systems/Applications, Data Mapping from Source System and further to Downstream consumption.

**What skill we required?**
- Good understanding of Customer Journeys & exposure to Customer Data channels
- Data Modelling: Expertise on IBM MDM Data Model, Good hands on ER Studio, Logical Data Modelling, Physical Data Modelling, Data Normalization
- Understanding of Database/SQL - Knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex Queries to aid analysis or an investigation issue or incident, Support basic Problem Solving and SQL Performance tuning
- Understanding of various Application integration patterns such as Batch (ETL), Online (Web Services etc.), Synchronous (request/response), Asynchronous (event based, fire and Forget) and propose suitable pattern to fulfil Business function
- Good understanding and hands on experience of cloud solutions including AWS, Azure
- Experience with API design including RESTful (OAS2/3, RAML), SOAP, gRPC, GraphQL
- Acquainted with Abinitio /Informatica /Oracle
- Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Knowledge & Understanding of data architecture, data modelling tools and technologies
- TOGAF or similar certified
- AWS Certified
- Ability to manage and deliver programme scope in a business that is undergoing a high degree of organisational and strategic change.
