**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging.
- Develop strategic advertising plans and concepts that align with clients' goals and brand identity.
- Create and oversee the production of advertising materials, including print, digital, social media, and video content.
- Manage the implementation and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to ensure innovative and effective advertising strategies.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to designers, copywriters, and other team members.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, addressing feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in advertising, preferably with a focus on digital and social media platforms.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using advertising tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
