- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Provide detailed information about our study abroad programs and test prep services.
- Schedule appointments with counselors or provide information on walk-in options.
- Follow up on leads generated through online inquiries and events.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM system.
- Address student queries with patience and professionalism.
