**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, answering queries, and helping to drive sales or generate leads. If you are a good communicator and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively.
- Maintain a record of calls and customer feedback.
- Follow up on leads and close sales where possible.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in [Language - e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a polite telephone manner.
- Ability to handle rejections and stress professionally.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
