**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and interpret project specifications and construction drawings to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Assess cost-effectiveness of products or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
- Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments, or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of estimated and actual costs, leveraging the company's quotation program.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt responses to ensure excellent service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project estimation, preferably in the fire safety industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in excel is an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
