We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to join our team. As a

Quality Control Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and uphold our commitment to delivering top-quality products to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections and quality control checks of products at various stages of production.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to maintain product quality

And consistency.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Perform root cause analysis for quality deviations and non-conformances, and implement

Corrective actions.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures,

Work instructions, and inspection reports.
- Train and educate production staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Monitor and maintain the calibration of testing and inspection equipment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and participate in audits as needed.
- Continuously analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues in materials or components.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment within the quality control department.
- Generate reports and present findings to management, highlighting areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in Pharma Industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaboratively across departments.

**Salary Package**

Per Annum: 2.5 Lac to 3.00 Lac

**Work Experience**

Years: 0 to 1 Years (Fresher can also apply)
