**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Teaching & Academic Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver courses on Responsible Tourism, including sustainable travel, community-based tourism, and eco-tourism principles.
- Develop case studies and experiential learning modules that integrate Ladakh’s unique ecological and cultural aspects.
- Guide students in research projects and hands-on fieldwork in responsible tourism.
- Collaborate with local communities, industry experts, and stakeholders for real-world learning experiences.

**2. Marketing & Promotion Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote HIAL’s responsible tourism initiatives.
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Network with tourism organizations, sustainable travel platforms, and educational institutions to expand outreach.
- Organize and promote workshops, conferences, and community events focused on responsible tourism.
- Collaborate with the HIAL communications team to ensure a strong online and offline presence for responsible tourism programs.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Educational Qualification**:Master's or PhD in Responsible Tourism, Sustainable Tourism, Environmental Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:At least 3-5 years of experience in teaching and/or working in responsible tourism, sustainable travel, or eco-tourism projects.
- Strong marketing and promotional skills, preferably with experience in digital marketing and branding.
- Excellent communication, networking, and public relations skills.
- Passion for sustainability, community engagement, and innovative education.
