**About the Role**

International DPS Srinagar is seeking an experienced, visionary, and dynamic **Principal** to lead our school towards academic excellence, holistic student development, and strong community engagement. The Principal will be responsible for overall school management, curriculum implementation, faculty supervision, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school.
- Ensure the highest academic and administrative standards.
- Develop and implement school policies, vision, and mission effectively.
- Lead teacher recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a safe, disciplined, and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Ensure adherence to educational regulations and affiliation requirements.
- Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the community.
- Monitor and enhance teaching methodologies for improved student outcomes.
- Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and infrastructure development.
- Promote extracurricular and co-curricular activities for holistic growth.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Master’s Degree in Education or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Minimum **10 years** of teaching experience with **5+ years** in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and school operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to inspire and lead a team of educators.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
