**Role**: Founder's Office Executive
**Location** : Onsite, Mumbai
**Shift** : 5 Days Working

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will be actively involved in multiple projects related to the Travel & Media Industry.
- Business Problem Solving: Work on ongoing business problems related to travel sales, revenue generation, product development, and travel innovation strategies.
- Research: Conduct in-depth industry research, synthesize findings, and keep a wellorganized information repository. One should be able to comprehend the research practically and be open to understanding its counterparts.
- Critical Thinking: Develop compelling arguments and consider counterpoints to ensure robust strategies.
- Execution Support: Collaborate closely with founders to execute strategic plans, monitoring progress and ensuring alignment with long-term goals. Execution should be the end-goal always.
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills for data compilation, analysis, and visualization. Maintain dashboards and reports to guide decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Exceptional strategic thinker.
- 1-2 Years of experience. Freshers are also welcomed.
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
- Strong research and information synthesis skills.
- Ability to construct persuasive arguments.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and independent worker.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
