**Job Overview**:
The Customer Service Support role is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering positive experiences to customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Customer Inquiries**:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, accounts, and technical issues.
**2.** **Issue Resolution**:
- Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and problems in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or higher management if necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
**3.** **Order Processing and Support**:
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and making changes to orders.
- Ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
**4.** **Product and Service Knowledge**:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services to assist customers effectively.
- Stay informed on updates, promotions, and new offerings to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.
**5.** **Customer Feedback**:
- Collect customer feedback and pass along valuable insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and work to improve customer experiences through proactive service.
**6.** **Troubleshooting and Technical Support**:
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting or technical questions related to the product or service.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve minor technical issues or direct customers to the appropriate technical support team if necessary.
**7.** **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer service system.
- Track and report on common customer concerns or trends to help improve services.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Proficiency in customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary for fresher 15000 to 18000 CTC

Pay: ₹10,250.48 - ₹31,295.85 per month
