Handle inbound customer inquiries.
- Manage CRM records and coordinate with Sales and Compliance for proposals.
- Oversee the customer onboarding process, including signup, account setup, and website walkthrough.
- Conduct weekly meetings with Compliance.
- Address customer feedback with concise and empathetic communication.
- Handle Returns and RMA requests.
- Retrieve and manage web session log reports.
- Ensure compliance with sales activities, laws, and regulations.
- Liaise between Compliance and Sales for a seamless process.
- Request and organize initial customer setup documents.
- Set up customer accounts in the ERP system.
- Review and update existing accounts.
- Communicate with customers regarding drug certifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Fast learner with good ENGLISH written/verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Effective time management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher.
- Prior pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
