Personal Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized **Personal Assistant** to assist in managing vendor communication, social media coordination, and event-day operations for the **Garden of Eden Exhibition**. This role requires in-person availability with some flexibility for remote work on select days.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Vendor & Exhibitor Communication** - Handle inquiries, assist vendors, and maintain smooth coordination.
**Social Media Coordination** - Work with the graphic designer for marketing materials and oversee posting.
**Scheduling & Follow-ups** - Arrange calls, meetings, and follow up with potential exhibitors.
**Print Media Coordination** - Ensure banners, pamphlets, and other promotional materials are designed and printed on time.
**Event-Day Management** - Oversee vendor/exhibitor coordination and manage a team of temporary staff.
**Who We’re Looking For**:
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills.
✔ Experience in event management, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
✔ Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask efficiently.
