Tele Caller Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide information about products or services to customers.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales or appointments.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Address customer questions or complaints with patience and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the sales team for effective lead management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** as a Telecaller or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Specify Required LanguagesEnglish only
- Ability to handle multiple calls and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using basic computer systems and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a persuasive approach.

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Experience in sales or customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of the products or services offered by the company.
- Ability to speak additional regional languages.
