**THE ROLE**:
As a **Digital Marketing Executive (SEO & Paid Ads)**, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing high-impact marketing strategies for our clients across India, the UK, and the US. From optimizing organic visibility to scaling paid campaigns, your efforts will help businesses reach, engage, and convert their ideal customers.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Google & Meta Ads**: Plan, set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- **SEO Implementation**: Execute both on-page and off-page SEO to improve keyword rankings and drive organic traffic.
- **Keyword & Competitor Research**: Uncover valuable insights to inform content and campaign strategy.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, analyse data, and provide clear performance reports using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards.
- **Ad Creatives & Landing Pages**: Collaborate with the design team to craft effective ad visuals and conversion-optimized landing pages.
- **Strategy & Optimization**: Identify gaps and opportunities, test new tactics, and continuously improve ROI through A/B testing and data analysis.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to keep clients ahead of the curve.

**YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF**:

- You have **1-3 years of hands-on experience** in both SEO and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- You’re confident using tools like **Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs**.
- You’re comfortable managing budgets, tracking performance, and optimizing for conversions.
- You can collaborate effectively with team members across design, content, and development.
- Good communication skills
- You have strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- You’re curious, eager to learn, and always looking to improve your work.
- You’re capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
