**Job Descriptions:

- **

1. Meeting and Developing dealers networks in his region and extend his full support to the dealers to perform better and help meet dealer targets
- 2. Proactively onboarding new dealer & distributer
- 3. Negotiation and Closing:

- Negotiate and close profitable deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.

4.Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer,distributer & other influencer
- 5. Order Processing and Reporting:

- Coordinate order processing, maintain accurate sales records, and generate reports for management.

6. Required to do coordination with production department/Factory for logistics
- 7. Target Achievement:

- Work towards exceeding sales targets. Develop strategies for goal achievement.

8. Coordination with the concerned team for prompt after sales service
- 9. Coordinate with the branding & marketing team to increase the brand visibility within the assigned area.

- **Job Location** - Rewa, Sambhalpur, Shehdol, Raipur, Rudrapur, Indore, Bilaspur
- **Preferred Industry** - Plywood, Laminate, MDF, Constructions, Building Material, Sanitary, Paints
- **Qualification** - BA, B.SC, B.Com/MBA/MSG
- **Salary Range** - 18000 - 30000 per month
- **Preference** - From Trade Sales, Channel Sales background.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
