**Key Responsibilities**
- Tender Identification & Submission: Research and identify relevant IT tenders in Gujarat State, ensuring alignment with the company’s capabilities and objectives.
- Documentation Management: Prepare, compile, and review tender documents, including proposals, bids, and compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to tender requirements.
- Bid Strategy: Develop competitive bidding strategies by analyzing tender specifications, competition, and pricing.
- Government Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, agencies, and other stakeholders involved in the tendering process.
- Compliance & Legal Coordination: Ensure all tender submissions comply with government regulations, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with legal teams to address contract requirements and clauses.
- Post-Tender Activities: Handle contract negotiations, follow-ups, and ensure smooth execution of awarded contracts, including progress monitoring and reporting.
- Market & Policy Updates: Stay updated on government policies, procurement trends, and opportunities in Gujarat State IT projects.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical, financial, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of tenders and contracts.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in government tendering and procurement, with a focus on IT contracts.
- In-depth knowledge of Gujarat State procurement policies, e-tendering portals, and IT project requirements.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and infrastructure, enabling effective proposal preparation.
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end tendering process, including bid preparation, submission, and post-tender activities.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, tender portals, and government e-procurement platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with government officials and internal teams.
- Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is preferred.
