**What’s the role**

As an IDT Product SME, we’ll entrust you with executing technical research & development, technical assurance of the delivery of the product/portfolio roadmap with the IT delivery organization.

Furthermore, these are the key tenets to the role:

- Provide technical assurance and expertise to support full product/portfolio lifecycle including discovery, agile delivery, and operations
- Serve as a technical thought leader on the art of the possible and support / advise on creation of associated product/portfolio roadmaps
- Proactively participate on the cross-functional product/portfolio team
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful Product/portfolio team outcomes
- Collaborate and work with vendors and suppliers regarding technical issues
- Advise on the IT Product or Application and act as escalation point for quality and technical issues
- Participate in IT Product/portfolio strategy to bring the view of technology implications
- Guide continuous improvement efforts to support business outcomes
- Suggest product/portfolio development opportunities (functional and technical), and contribute improvements to the associated roadmap

**What we need from you**

We’re keen to hear from professionals who are able to drive innovation themes into the product/portfolio team and into the wider IT natural team whilst working with a range of global business stakeholders.

Further requirements are as follows:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 9-12 years of total experience working on business analysis for medium to high complexity products/portfolios in Product domain
- Good working knowledge of Requirement gathering and analysis
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Act as an interphase between PO and Engineering team
- Knowledgeable at tools such as Microsoft Agile, JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow is preferred
- Microservices & Cloud Native Architecture exposure is a plus
- Agile certifications (e.g., SAFE/PMI) is also a plus
