**Experience**: Minimum 3 years as an Inside Sales Representative with a proven track record in IT hardware, software, or services sales.

Are you a dynamic professional with a talent for building connections over the phone and online? As an **Inside Sales Business Executive**, you’ll play a pivotal role in our sales efforts, focusing on lead generation, client engagement, and nurturing prospects. Your contributions will directly support the field sales team by ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Lead Generation**

**2. Client Engagement**
- Interact with prospective customers to understand their needs and present Circularity’s solutions effectively.

**3. Lead Nurturing**
- Work on identified leads, develop relationships, and qualify them for handover to the field sales team.

**4. Campaign Follow-ups**
- Follow up on leads generated from social media and field campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.

**5. Data Management**
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and reporting.

**6. Reporting & Feedback**
- Provide regular updates on lead status, sales progress, and market insights to the Sales Manager and Field Sales team.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- A Bachelor’s Degree /B-Tech/MBA.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- At least 3 years of experience in inside sales with a strong performance history in IT hardware, software, or services sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
