**Education**: Bachelor’s Degree/B-Tech/MBA.

**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Client Engagement**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects within your designated territory.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to address client requirements and drive sales.
**2. Sales Execution**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and report progress, challenges, and insights to the Territory Sales Manager.
**3. Collaboration with Inside Sales Team**
- Partner with the Inside Sales team to follow up on leads and ensure a seamless transition from prospect to client.
- Share market trends and client feedback to refine lead generation and sales strategies.
**4. Collaboration with Technical and Pre-Sales Teams**
- Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to address client needs, create tailored solutions, and manage technical objections.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams, supporting successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
**5. Reporting and Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to the Territory Sales Manager.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree/B-Tech/MBA.
- 3-4 years of direct sales experience with a strong performance history in the IT hardware, software, or services industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in **English and Hindi**.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
