**Job Title: Electrical/Mechanical Supervisor**

**Location**: Supernova

**Salary**:25k-35k

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the electrical and mechanical maintenance team.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical panels and DG sets.
- Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical and mechanical systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and spare parts inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage emergency repair situations and provide timely solutions to minimize operational disruptions.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical/Mechanical Supervisor or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical panels, DG sets, and related systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
