**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with Danfoss’s business objectives.
- Execute brand positioning, product promotion, and demand generation campaigns.
- Support new product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid campaigns to enhance online visibility.
- Monitor website analytics and optimize digital performance.
- Oversee brand messaging consistency across all communication channels

**Background & Skills**:

- Education: Bachelor’s in marketing or related field.
- Experience: 1+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in HVACR, refrigeration sectors
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and event management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Teamwork and fast learning
- Affinity to connect with people
- Active use of English language - speaking and writing
